This is one of my favorite smoothies to make! It is super easy and very nutrient-rich. The key to getting it right is adding enough spinach to get your greens in, using lots of bananas as a base for calories (so you’re not starving later on), and then adding as much or as little berries as you want.
You can also add hemp, chia, or flax to your shake to get those good fats and fiber in for the day.
