About the Program

After years of facing debilitating sickness and disease, I became discouraged by the lack of answers and education I received from doctors and specialists about my conditions. Once I discovered that most health issues can be reversed through the proper diet, I decided to go back to school for a PhD in health and nutrition. I also decided to create the program I wish I had. I have combined the expertise of a PhD, the hands on education of a nutritionist, and the motivation techniques of a health coach to create a totally new and unique experience! 

This is ideal for those who are interested in managing and reversing various disease through diet and nutrition.
