The IBD Reversal Diet is a low-fat, high-carb, plant-based approach to eating with three main phases
With intestinal issues, one of the most important things to do is to cleanse the body with foods that will heal the intestinal lining. This means that forgoing certain foods for a period of time is necessary to get optimal healing.
In phase 2, we start adding certain foods back in slowly so that the gut can get used to a heavier digestive load. The focus here is now to provide the body with all the right nutrients it needs to accelerate the healing.
Maintenance is key to avoid flare-ups long term. In this phase, the focus is on building good habits and continuing to provide the body with the nutrients and right amount of calories the body needs to take care of itself.
I’m not going to lie, this type of diet is NOT for the faint of heart! It is HARD!

The IBD Reversal diet is a low-fat, high-carb, plant-based diet approach. It starts out with very simple, limited foods and then gradually adds in more complex, nourishing foods.
Health insurance is not accepted at this time. However, HSA or FSA plans will often cover or reimburse the expense.
Because each individual is different, I can’t make any guarantees about how long it will take to heal. For some, it takes 6 weeks. For others, it can take up to 6 months. Unlike other coaching programs, I’m not going to give up on you. If you want to heal, I’ll stick with you for as long as it takes. You are in control of your health, and I’m here to support you.
